The Nutcracker Ballet
Every year RDA puts on a full production of the classic Nutcracker Ballet. We are so very pleased to be going into our 7th year of performing this beautiful ballet. We hold auditions every year in May for the coming December show.

Saturday, December 16th
Who can participate?
ALL dancers ages 3+ can participate in our annual Nutcracker performance. The only requirement is that you begin to take a ballet class in the fall semester through RDA. Auditions are held each year in May, choreography is taught each year in July and then dancers will begin bi-monthly practices on Saturday's in September.
When is it?
Auditions for 2023 are Saturday May 13th. Our estimated performance date is Saturday December 16th. Our performance date will be finalized when we are allowed to finalize our venue. Letters are sent out the second week of June to announce roles.
